AI surfaces the opportunity and pre-fills the trade. You review and approve — one tap to execute.
Semi-automated trading gives you the speed of automation with full human oversight. When an alert fires, the terminal immediately surfaces the AI's recommendation, pre-fills a trade proposal with all context — rationale, confidence, suggested size, stop level — and waits for your approval. One tap executes via Schwab API. Dismiss it, and the skipped proposal is logged for later review. You stay in control of every order.
What this feature does for you
When an alert fires for a symbol in your semi-automated list, the terminal instantly generates a trade proposal with full AI context — no waiting, no manual setup.
Every proposal includes the triggering alert, AI recommendation, confidence score, two-sentence rationale, suggested size adjustment, stop-loss level, and intraday target price.
After reviewing the proposal, a single tap submits the order to Schwab API. The full decision chain — your approval, the AI rationale, the fill — is logged automatically.
Holding period constraints and AI confidence thresholds apply exactly as in full automation. The only difference is that your explicit approval is required before any order is placed.
Dismissed proposals are recorded in your trade history as skipped. Review them later to analyse missed opportunities or evaluate whether your dismissal decisions were correct.
Semi-automated and automated trading lists can coexist. Use full automation for your highest-conviction symbols and semi-automation for situations where you want final say.
